Designed after discovering that internal employees rarely use traditional digital business cards, but struggle with fragmented tools and daily overload.
01. Overview
When I met Gina (persona), I realized that internal employees rarely use traditional digital business cards.
They don’t need to exchange contacts, but they constantly struggle with scattered tools, information overload, and low daily structure.
The original digital business card only offered contact sharing via QR code,
with almost no real daily value.

Insights gathered from short employee interviews highlighted key limitations of the original solution:
